Making a Spanish will. We advise on making a will in Spain and the requirements for non-Spanish nationals. This concerns both the form of the will and the testamentary provisions. It is particularly important to ensure an existing will in another country is not inadvertently cancelled out by the Spanish one.
Acceptance of Inheritance . The firm can assist beneficiaries and heirs to claim their inheritances in Spain . We can also advise on cases of intestacy by foreign nationals who have assets here.
Inheritance Tax. Calculating inheritance tax liability and ensuring this is paid in time.
